My name is Elise Rothert, and I am heading into my Senior year of high school and will also be swimming on Brooktree this Summer. I have been swimming for 11 seasons now and have been swimming on a club team for six years and counting! I have assisted with the Mini Cuda program for three years, have been doing private lessons for two, and coaching for Brooktree since last year. I have always loved being in the water and being able to push myself to do events and complete goals that "little me" would never have attempted. I look forward to encouraging young swimmers to grow in their strokes but also in their confidence, knowing that they can accomplish their goals. It is my goal to make sure each swimmer, no matter their times, feels supported and knows that each one of us contributes to the positive atmosphere of a good team!

I am an incoming Junior at Chesterton Academy of KC, where I enjoy playing basketball in the winter. I was 8 years old when I started swimming for Brooktree in 2017. My family thought it would just be a fun summer activity, but as it turns out, I had a gift and passion for the sport. I swam for Club North in 2022 and Tsunami in 2024, but I was always excited to come back to the friendships I made on Brooktree. This year I plan on passing on my experience to younger swimmers, and helping them improve their skills while still having a good time with friends
