Due to the forecasted weather, we plan to make a decision regarding the meet by 3pm today, which will be communicated via email and Facebook. Things can obviously change after that time, but hoping we will have a better idea by then.

Keep in mind, we are still planning on going forward at this point, so please plan accordingly. As of right now the following changes will be taking place:

Medley relays WILL NOT go forward tonight in order to save time. What does that mean? Individual freestyle (event 11) will be our first event - so have your free style kiddos ready to start at 6pm sharp!!

Heat sheets will be sent electronically prior to the meet start, which you have the option of printing at home. We will also have a paper copy posted at the meet.

TIMERS AND OFFICIALS - please bring an umbrella (or a poncho)! We will need at least one umbrella per lane in order to prevent the timing sheets from getting wet. We also want to prevent the DQ sheets from getting wet (or at least, the DQ sheets for the Coves😂).  We will have heat sheets for those volunteers who need them (officials, announcer, etc).
