Psych Sheet, Warmups, and Timelines

For Warm ups this year, Monday night looks a little different. All teams will have a 20 minute warm up session for just 8 and Unders, followed by a separate 20 minute warm up session for 9-12 year olds. This new set up means that coaches will all have 20 minutes of warm up across both pools with 8 and unders. Then a 10 minute break. Then another 20 minute warm up session across both pools with 9-12s.
Wednesday warm up assignments will be determined following the conclusion of the Tuesday night session.
For Practice, we will continue to have all Conference Swimmers from 8:30-10am for Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday.
Finally, today would be a great day to Carb Load your swimmers. Big Pasta Dinner sounds like a really good idea.
