It will be a very busy week, so here it is:

Monday - Normal Practice and Entries are due at Noon for Thursday @ Old Pike

Tuesday - Normal Practice and 2nd half of Meet vs Kearney @ Excelsior Springs CC

       We will only swim Backstroke, IM and Breaststroke - No Relays

       Warmups 5:45-6:15, younger kids then older kids.

        6:30 Meet Begins

        It should last about an hour and be done around 7:30pm

Wednesday - Normal Practice

Thursday - Normal Practice and Away Meet @ Old Pike

        5101 Northwest Old Pike Road, Gladstone, MO

        5:15 - 5:45 Warmups

        6:00 pm Competition Starts

Friday - Donuts and Fun Swim and Entries for our last Home Meet on Tuesday, July 19th
