Just a couple of reminders:

1- Tonight it will be in the 80's, so a good night to pack sweatshirts and extra towels for our swimmers.

2- Next week's entries are due TOMORROW, Friday, June 28th, by 6:00pm for our meet next Tuesday in Excelsior Springs vs Kearney.

3- The Excelsior Springs pool has NO SHADE, so pack your canopy's and shade covers!

4:00pm we start setting up, all swimmers there by 4:30pm and we start warming up at 4:45.  Meet starts at 6:00pm.  To keep the meet on time, we had to cut 4 B relays from our team and 4 B relays from New Mark's team.  FYI.
