When we have an away meet, I always fill as many relays as I can, but the Host Team can cut some relays.  Each meet is limited on time, and it happens occasionally that a B relay will be cut if we are close to running too late.  So be aware that when we compete against larger teams, it is possible for some B relays to be scratched.  I find out when I see the heat sheets, at the same time you do.  Just a heads up.
